Abstract/Summary
Evaluation undertaken in advance of a proposed devlopment of residential dwellings to fulfil a planning condition. Seven trenches 30x1.8m, and one 15x1.8m were cut however four of the trenches were either not excavated for not fully excavated due to difficuly ground conditions and diesel contamination. The site had been truncated by modern disturbance and no archaeological features were present.
