Full Description
June 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
Undated fragmentary linear ditches are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1), on land to the west of Coopers Lane, Kessingland.
It is possible that they represent medieval to post medieval field boundaries or enclosures, and that the archaeological features extend further than those that are mapped.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 19th June 2014.
