Full Description
An area of Roman occupation indicated by cropmarks of a large circular enclosure and trenched evaluation (BHT). Evaluation identified numerous pits of Roman date (TT_BHT_H2GW_029), and two large parallel ditches, 3.4m wide and in excess of 1.5m deep(TT_BHT_H2GW_030). The ditches run roughly E-W.
