Full Description
Breweries recorded in Sudbury.
One located on 1880s OS Map near Cornard Road at TL 877 411, now gone.
Also Angel Inn in Friars Street, sold on 6th October 1887. Present condition unknown.
Brewer's (hence brewing?) listed as Charles Butcher and son, on Ballingdon Street from 1878-74; John Edward Dyson, at 17 Stow Street. Dyson's name appears as a brewer only in the 1874 directory (S2).
