Full Description
Watching Brief on the construction of a small building in the garden of Jubilee House revealed deep deposits of brown loam interspersed with a band of brick rubble and a chalk surface. The site lies behind a large Maltings building marked on the 1880s map and the chalk surface is probably an associated yard (S1).
Possibly related to TM07NW60: Small village maltings, with unusual tarredweatherboarded first floor. No kiln (S2-3).
