Description
A range of anomalies were detected within the dataset, most of which were caused by modern activity or ferrous debris present on the site. Only one anomaly recorded within the dataset has been tentatively assigned as being of potential archaeological origin. It is possible that deep lying moraines of glacial till may be masking potential archaeological anomalies from being recorded with the magnetometer. Subsequent phases of archaeological excavation should allow the interpretations given within this report to be qualified.
