Description
An archaeological excavation was carried out following a evaluation on the site. A mechanical excavator stripped the topsoil and subsoil. Thereafter the surface of the excavation was cleaned by hand and archaeological features examined. The excavation revealed Mid to Late Iron Age and Roman features (S1).
