An archaeological evaluation was carried out in advance of the construction of new car parking and play areas in the northern part of the school grounds. A total of four evaluation trenches were excavated by mechanical excavator. The trenches measured between 5m and 15m in length and measured at 1.8m wide. The trenches were all excavated to a depth c.1m. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified (S1).
