An archaeological evaluation was carried out on land at Park Farm, Fornham St Genevieve in advance of the construction of a new agricultural building. A total of five trenches measuring between 25m and 30m in length were excavated to a depth ranging between 0.5m and 0.8m. No archaeological deposits or features were observed in the trenches although the natural subsoil surface and potential archaeological horizon was well-preserved with no modern truncation or disturbance. No recommendations for further work have been made (S1).
