Archaeological monitoring was carried out on an extension to the property. The footings trenches were c.1.2m deep and revealed a thick deposit of topsoil (c.0.5m deep) and subsoil (c.0.7m deep). No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified and the thick soils are probably the result of an accumulation of hillwash deposits.
