Description

An evaluation at Risby Business Park was carried out in advance of the redevelopment of the site. A small quantity of unstratified Iron Age and medieval pottery was found but an extensive area within the centre of the site had been severely truncated by the previous development and any potential archaeological deposit was already lost. An infilled pond and two post-medieval field boundary ditches were also found.
